Cloning The Amazing Returning Plane

I bought this toy glider in a charity shop on 4th January and put it to one side intending to let one of my grandsons have the first flight with it but we just haven't had the weather or location to try it. Eventually I decided to try it and broke it, so I have to mend it. At the same time I am going to make a cardboard clone and see if that flies.

Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.
