Angel MedFlight has a perfect safety record because of the processes in place. Director of Operations, Brandon Kearns adds, "It is less expensive to delay or cancel a flight than to pay for an accident." If safety is defined as the lack of an occurrence, then the only way to guarantee safety is to suspend all operations, therefore removing all risks. Kearns explains that Angel MedFlight defines safety as a planned process.
Angel MedFlight's new Learjet 35 will be delivered over the next month enabling the air ambulance company to take more passengers to key markets. With the Lear jet 35's avionics, passengers and crew can rest assured that they are in good hands.
