This is an entertaining video that happens to have an RC plane flying some scale flight in it. The new Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 Mustang RC Plane BNF with AS3X Technology is the RC plane featured with a bonus soundtrack of hiccups courtesy of my lovely girlfriend who agreed to video this while we still had daylight left and before her hiccups were gone.
This is by far my favorite UM WWII warbird and this RC plane actually does the original plane some justice (just ignore the first landing as I messed that up. The airplane is completely stock during the entire video.
It shows realistic low passes and flights off into the distance with my UM P-51 Mustang with AS3X technology from Parkzone. This new Parkzone Ultra Micro is incredibly detailed and looks so scale in the air! Not only that, the AS3X technology make it very stable in the air even in fairly strong wind! That helps keep you from crashing your plane and we all know none of us like to crash our planes....at least those of us that are sane. Sometimes we like to get into near crash situations, but we like to recover from those and brag about them to our friends later.
Note: This is not the new E-Flite P-51 Mustang. I do have some videos of that plane on my channel, so feel free to browse my channel to see those.
This updated Parkzone UM version of the P-51D Mustang is so much fun to fly that I am happy to give this WW2 airplane a big thumbs up! Horizon Hobby and Parkzone did an amazing job with this plane. I am still in awe of how well it flies in wind or calm conditions. It is acrobatic and capable of various stunts and tricks as well.
For those of you who are curious as to what remote control or radio I used for this flight. It is my trusty DX6i. It makes flying my newest Parkzone P-51 a breeze.
If you are on the fence about buying this like I was, jump off and got get your Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 today! This piece of World War II history is amazing in Parkzone UM P-51 form.
Perhaps I may purchase its older brother in the form of the Parkzone P-51 Mustang BL soon. All I know for sure is that I love my new p-51 mustang RC plane. Stay tuned and find out what happens next!
PS: In case you didn't notice, I LOVE RC planes! I have a lot more in the works when it comes to other remote control aircraft as well.
PPS: If you purchased the Parkzone P-40 UM or Ultra Micro, this one flies nothing like it from what I understand, though I have not witnessed this first-hand. This is a compliment to the P-51.
